Spring has, apparently, sprung.

Walking out into the backyard today, I was greeted by this:



Azaleas! Already! It's been extremely warm lately and the plants are already well on their way to full bloom.

Also, I found this beauty. Only in the south, people. Only in the south:




It's a dandelion. A 5 foot tall dandelion. I think that qualifies it as a tree.

However, even with the monsterous dandelion trees looming, Gottfried seems very contented.


Ah, sweet pine-scented serenity.
